My name is Kim and I’m looking for my next one-bedroom apartment. I'm hoping to find a landlord, realtor, investor, or property owner who is well versed in project-based Section 8 housing programs. If you are looking for the ideal tenant and have integrity, are compassionate, honest, and only rent well-maintained properties that are clean and can pass a Section 8 inspection, then you are the landlord I want to speak with. As a prospective, tenant, here is what I bring to the table.

Personal:

I am an educated visually impaired senior, who is quiet and will care for your property. I am a non-smoker, have no pets or dependents that will be living with me, and am respectful of my neighbors.

Flawless Rental History:

As a previous HUD, project-based Section 8 tenant, I have no evictions or infractions and have always paid my rent on time and in full. In addition, I have pictures and video of how I left each of my previous two apartments.

Fiscally Responsible:

I have a steady source of income, which is SSDI. My FICO score is well above the 600 minimum and I maintain an excellent credit payment history.

Background Checks:

I pass all background checks including criminal and am not listed on any sex offenders registry.
